Team Up is designed for use by employees of a company (the "Employer" or "Organization") that has registered on the Platform. User accounts are created and managed by the Employer's administrator; individuals cannot self-register within the App.

By using Team Up, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1.1 Information Provided by Your Employer/Administrator

When your Employer's administrator creates your account on the Platform, the following information may be shared with the App to enable your login and use of HR-related features:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Login credentials (email and password set by the administrator)
• Employee ID / job title / department
• Contact number (if provided by the administrator)

1.2 Information You Provide Directly

• Login credentials entered when signing in (email and password provided to you by your administrator)
• Any information you submit within the App, such as leave requests, attendance notes, or profile updates

1.3 Location Data

If Team Up includes attendance check-in/check-out or field-tracking features, we may collect precise or approximate location data at the time you check in or out, in order to verify your work location for attendance purposes. Location is only collected while actively using this feature, not in the background, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
• App usage data and diagnostic/crash logs
• IP address and general network information

1.6 Information We Do Not Collect

Team Up does not allow users to self-register, and we do not collect information from individuals who are not part of a registered Employer organization.

• Authenticate your login and provide access to your Employer's HR services (attendance, leave, payroll-related information, notifications, etc.)
• Enable core App features such as attendance tracking, leave management, and internal communication
• Maintain, secure, and improve the App

We do not use employee data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.

• With your Employer: Since Team Up operates as an extension of your Employer's HR system, relevant data (attendance, leave, profile information) is visible to your Employer's administrators.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
