• Team Up is provided for use by employees of organizations ("Employers") that are registered on the Platform.
• Accounts are created and managed by your Employer's administrator via the web Platform. You cannot self-register within the App.
• Your login credentials (email and password) are issued to you by your Employer's administrator. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Access to the App may be suspended or terminated by your Employer's administrator at any time, including upon termination of your employment.

2. Purpose of the App

Team Up allows employees to access HR-related services provided by their Employer through the Platform, which may include:

• Viewing and managing attendance
• Submitting leave requests
• Viewing profile and employment information
• Receiving notifications and communications from the Employer

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Team Up only for its intended purpose and agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of your Employer's policies

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality, servers, or networks
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with your Employer
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person

4. Employer-Controlled Data

Because Team Up operates as an extension of your Employer's HR system:

• Your Employer's administrator(s) can view, manage, and, where applicable, edit or remove data associated with your account.
• We act as a service provider processing this data on behalf of your Employer. Questions about how your data is used within your organization should first be directed to your Employer.
• Your continued use of the App is subject to your Employer's internal HR policies in addition to these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property
