TeamUp is made by Golden Info Systems Ltd. for companies that want payroll, tax and benefits done right.

Who we are

TeamUp is HR and payroll software built in Bangladesh for Bangladeshi companies. It is developed and supported by Golden Info Systems Ltd. from our office in Uttara, Dhaka. TeamUp is the new name of GDN HRM, the HR system our clients already use.

What we set out to solve

Payroll in Bangladesh is more than basic salary. HR and finance teams handle income tax slabs and rebates, provident fund, staff loans, gratuity, night shifts, field staff and final settlements, often across several spreadsheets. We built TeamUp so all of these come from one set of employee records and one set of rules.

What TeamUp covers

  • Employees: profiles, documents, HR letters, transfers and Excel import

  • Attendance: fingerprint machine import, web and GPS mobile check-in, rosters and night shifts

  • Leave: requests, approvals, balances and encashment

  • Payroll: salary sheets, deductions, bank advice and payslips

  • Income tax: slabs, rebate, monthly deduction and tax certificates

  • Benefits: provident fund, loans, gratuity and final settlement

  • Mobile: an Android app for employees, with iPhone coming soon

How we work with you

  • We set up your company with you: branches, departments, shifts, leave types, payroll and tax rules.

  • We import your employees and attendance from Excel.

  • We train your HR team and stay available after go-live.

  • Each client company runs on its own separate database.
